The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted at all. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and it didn't make any difference.

Ultimate Salon and Spa always is flexible around my schedule with any hair or spa service I am getting. Every time I come in for an appointment you're embraced as family and even sometimes the owners offer to pick a bite to eat for you enjoying. The service is dedicated to work hard to bring your desired look into a reality.

Awful....made my poor mother pay 180$ when they promised her a price of 58$ over the phone relating to a Groupon. Apparently they complained about how they make no money. They also were on the phone while doing my mothers hair. My mom works so hard yet she is taking advantage of and overcharged . you can get highlights at a nicer salon , with nicer stylists for cheaper which is saying how much of a scam this place is. NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE.

I took my daughter to this place to get her makeup and hair done for a school dance and the experiance was a nightmare fro beginning to end. Two younger girls started on her hair and it looked nice and the girl that did her makeup did a great job. The environment was a little uncomfortable But I thought they were doing a decent job so I was willing to ignore it. But then, a man came in and requested the girl who was working on my daughter's hair so she proceeded to hand my daughter off to an older lady. This woman started telling my daughter that hair was too short to do what she wanted ( what she wanted was simple and didn't require long hair) and then, in a matter of seconds, she destroyed what the earlier girl had done. By the time she was done, my daughter had some sort of hideous, ratted up, helmet, on top off her head. She continued to insult my 14 your old daughter, telling her that she needs to let her hair grow, making comments on how gross and unhealthy her hair was, and insulting the coloring in her hair. Normally, I would speak up ,but the environment in this salon was so hostile and the employees were so rude that I just couldn't wait to get out of there. My daughter started crying as soon as we walked out and didn't even want to go to her dance. Luckily, a friends mom was able to fix it and this experience did not ruin her night. My total bill came to $116 for hair and makeup. I still can't believe they had the nerve to charge that much for what that woman did to her hair.
