If there was a "ZERO" I would give it. Scenario: Walked in at 2:30pm on Sunday..NO Hello just stares. Waited 45 minutes for a wash. Note I very easy hair to wash . My stuff is silky and its mine. Then took out my own rollers because the stylist was on her cell phone. Sat in her chair for a blowdry which made my hair FRIZZY!!!, Then I was told at check out 35.00? I said for what? I waited 45 minutes , I took out my own rollers and my hair looks a mess. They only laughed and walked away. ( the short one with the boyish haircut who thinks she is cute but BOO BOO your jeans had stains on them. Please! learn some customer service soon! They have online courses (in Spanish) you can take!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Unreliable service. Absolutley no hair care. You will find that your hair will start to become thin from the over processing, place always smells like burnt hair. They push their conditions which is expensive and no better than what's available in the beauty supply store. The owner andrea is unprofessional, unreliable and cannot cut hair! Stylists never stay long so customers are forced to constantly take a chance with new stylist! Not worth a visit.

I'm giving them 5 stars because i have been going almost every 2 months for almost a year to get a wash and blow and they are nice people. My hair always comes out beautiful and slayed every time i go there. If you want something done to your hair speak up. If you don't like the products they use bring your own. Simple as that. Some of the workers don't speak english very well and they add some spanish words in there sentences but they still make sure to try to give you what you want. If you have a worker that u like working on your hair go to them. All the workers do hair good in there. Don't just go to people that are available and if your hair stylist isn't there go to someone that you see does good hair and you watch how they take care of there customers. Don't just sit there and expect them to do your hair how you want.
