My mom has been coming here for over a year and Christina does a wonderful job every time. Prices are good here. She’s a very sweet and professional nail technician. Ty Christina for always being patient and kind with my mother.

The service here is trash. First I noticed they had unlicensed nail techs. But i decided to still give them a chance. First I ask Tina how much a certain length was. I even showed her the length in one of the books they have and she said it was going to be 50$. Then as I was getting my nails done. She went from 50 to 75. She said they were longer than I requested. Then I showed her from the book that they are actually shorter. But she kept on saying I was wrong. When it was clear she was wrong. But I still paid her because I'm not going to argue with someone's grandma. But after I left not even a few hours my nail broke. I came back and then she was rude and blamed me. But in reality it's was her unlicensed techs. I noticed when getting them done. The unlicensed technician did not do all the necessary steps. But lessoned learned I'm never coming back.

I went here for a simple fill. And I asked the man IF I needed a a whole new set which I believe I did since 2 of my nails were ready to be removed. He insisted that only 1 needed to be removed. Then proceeded with my nails. He was very rough on my fingers. I let him know he was too rough but he said I needed to relax my fingers. But it's hard to relax when your constantly rough handling my fingers. I will never come back here again. The customer service here is not it.

Christina did a very well job on my nails. I am very satisfied it was fast and I was seated right away. I was in there for no longer than 30 minutes. Tina was very nice and the prices were very good. I paid $45 for a manicure the environment was peaceful and I definitely will be returning very soon For pedicure.

I’m so unhappy with my nails. I got charged SEVENTY dollars to leave the salon like this, not including tip. The woman doing my nails was groaning and sighing the whole time and my nails look absolutely horrid. I’m horrible confrontation and I didn’t have anytime so I asked her to fix as much as I could but this is just unacceptable.
