WARNING!!!! DONT SPEND your money at this place!!!!!!First and last visit for me. They do not stand by there products nor service. I Had gel metalic extra charge mani / pedi done and only two days after I noticed my natural nails polished chipping away!!! Two Days.. Gel manicure!! I called right away! I never! ever had such poor service.!!!! Or talked at that way. With vacation coming up on the 4th new my schedule was tight so I called but couldnt get in before the holiday. When I arrived back in town, I was able to get into the salon after work first thing! The girl wanted to argue told me to drive home get my reciept. Still argueing about my delay 5 days! gel manicure chipped off way more the the second day! Imagine the 5th day.. Just ugly... And on top of this said she cant garentee her products wont chip! it wont chip? Whats the point of GEL manicures?? The said go home get my she NEEDS my RECIEPT, but recalls our phone conversation.. TERRABLE Customer service.. Im also contacting the Board. Wouldnt just fix the problem wanted to talk at me !!!! And argue.... Wow chipped polish.. Look at the reviews its not the first time..
$75 dollars after two days the polish chips off. I have to go find a great salon to get this mess fixed. I am a great tipper too. Wow dont go its not a good idea .....

My experience here is really great. The staff is so friendly and love how flawlessly they did my manicure.

Great service and ambience. I haven't been treated good or pampered like this in a long time. The deluxe spa manicure and pedicure I came to get was absolutely and relaxing. Felt so important coming here.

Horrible customer service. Lady yelled at me. Because I️ came in 5 days after having a gel manicure that bubbled up. The nail polish they used was old. They refused to change the color
I️ was such a loyal customer. I️ will never go back after the way I️ was treated!!!!!

Zero stars. Terrible service. The lady burned my wife’s eyebrows and when my wife asked for the manager, she came and started downplaying the scenario and started yelling to my wife .
Plus they speak about you in another language. Little did they know my wife speaks the language.
