I came here to get get my wedding nails done. I explained to them that I needed the best person to do them, as my wedding was the following day. Half way through the service, they switched the person doing my nails. The first definitely did not seem like they had knowledge on doing nails. The second person did. However, my finished results were horrifying! My nail shape turned out to be three different styles. They nail bed was rough and rigid and wavy. I wanted pink and white, with a single stone on the ring finger. Results- bubbly and the hazy. They also said they couldn't add a stone because it would fall off. I asked them to fix it and they refused, saying if I went anywhere else that it would look the same. They charged me half price, when it should have been free. They wouldn't even remove the dip or lacquer they put on. They wanted to charge me for the removal. I work at a lead distribution company for beauty supplies and have a Cosmetology license. This place is by far the WORST PLACE I have ever been to. Horrible customer service and terrible service. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went to Crave the next morning, and even though the only deal with natural nails, Tina was able to reshape and smooth my nails down. Since there was no helping the color, we painted it and added some pretty stones to the ring finger. And they turned out amazing.

Place nice and clean. The front girl not friendly at all. I felt so out of place the whole time I was there. My nails were redone after I had to tell them twice that I had scratches and bubbles. They still had scratches and bubbles when they finish. My pedicure was good. I was charged $83.00 for scratches and bubbles ... I will never go back or even recommend anyone to this place.

A friend of mine recommend this place. She has been going here for years now and raves about how awesome they are. I went for the second time last Friday and I absolutely love it. The customer service is incredible, how quickly they get you in and out, they do an amazing job on your nails, have every color you could imagine and hours are incredible. I work 30 minutes from Tampa but live in Tampa so I just wanted to be relaxed Friday and pamper myself. Even though I worked late I was still able to make it in time to pamper myself. Oh and the owner is a really nice guy! I will continue to go here there prices are also very reasonable. I have had awful customer service at nails salons before and I'm thankful I can walk into one feel comfortable and know they are about customer service.

Place is nice, well kept and clean. It was close to my home and open on a Sunday so why not. My nails are all sorts of crooked. I’m in a rush to leave so I just deal with it and plan to go to another place another day to get them fixed. I handed them a bill so I could tip. Of course she hands it to me in ten dollar bills to make sure she got more than a 20% tip. Way to make things even more awkward. Lesson learned, never again.

I keep coming here and every time I leave I think why do I do this to myself. It’s convenient because it’s close to my house but I am not coming back. They are Overpriced and my shellac/gel stays on less than a week before it starts peeling off. They sit you in a pedicure chair And act like they are going to take care of you but then go finish someone else and leave you there for 25 minutes in a chair in the water. They cut my nails really short. There massages for pedicures are short and crappy because they are trying to hurry to the next person. You would think for as much as they charge you for a pedicure there it would be outstanding. You never get the same person twice so I think maybe the next visit will be better with a new person but it’s not. They are all the same. They are not very friendly. They are like robots. The only reason I am giving them a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the place is clean. Did I mention they are extremely overpriced.
