first time going here w my friend and my first time ever going to a nail salon, i usually do my own( first pic is my work). They were kind and understood what i wanted, i only wish she would’ve spent more time
shaping so when the acrylic was applied it wasn’t as chunky looking. I’m pretty satisfied other than shape !

I love this place so much! I have a very short nail bed, so once I started getting my nails done here my nails looked so good! The people that work there are so nice and actual treat you like a human being unlike some salons. They are so very gentle with doing your nails and also check if you like them just to make sure! I 100% recommend this salon 💕

I LOVE my nails! Today was my first time visiting Hello One, and I am definitely coming back and recommending it to all of my friends and family. I got a regular pedicure, which comes with a 10min leg massage, and this gorgeous gel manicure. Mei did an amazing job! She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I absolutely love the results. Everyone there was super nice, and all of the other nail techs stood around and watched Mei do my nails. Also the place was super clean and the prices are great. This is definitely my new salon! :-)

I liked how they did pedicure, but manicure wasn't really good. She brought wrong colors than I chose initially. And did it not really cute. Then I gave $10 tip and she was upset and said is that for manicure and pedicure. I said yes and she rolled her eyes. And their service is not cheap. I paid $85 total

I used to be a regular client until I was lied to when I was told my regular technician was not in. Say she’s busy but don’t lie about her being off. I came in anyway because I had an event only to see her hiding and avoiding me. I was pleasant, acted like nothing happened, and found a much better tech somewhere else since. They also started to rush the work which looked unfinished and does not last. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t recommend.
