I was recommended here by a friend. They stated that they close at 7:30pm online. I called during the afternoon to check if they needed appointments and no one answered the phone and there was no opportunity to leave a message. This was January 25th evening.
I showed up 50 minutes before closing and was met by the staff person who stated she cannot serve me. She said they’re closed and she is done for the day and was visibly avoiding eye contact and counting receipts. The service I needed would have taken 15 minutes total. I found the demeanor slightly dismissive and was not impressed that she did not explain why she could not serve me in the time. So I have not received service here yet, but the customer service so far has made me feel less enthusiastic to return. Unsure if I will return.

Went in for a Mani pedi they used no products in the foot spa they did not file my toe nails, clean up my cuticles, the Polish was all over my toes and tech did not even attempt to clean it off. They did not massage my feet or legs. On to the manicure, the tech was super rough , I had to stop her several times all she could say was so sorry, again no cuticle care no massage of the hand or forearm so I opted for no Polish as I still have plenty that she did not remove. My experience was horrible, and now I have to pay again at another salon to fix the awful job the tech did . She was quite proud of her work stating much better as she took my money. I will never go there again and I will let everyone know that I know not to go there either.

Payed too much for the quality I got, their other stores in like Columbia or Fulton that execute its way better

Nail tools not sanitized. Poor ventilation. Controller for massager on pedicure chair broke, making it impossible to use. Asked for no gel polish and what did I get? Gel. When I got to the register the price was almost 20$ more than the listed price. The nail tech was polite and worked hard which was the only plus. Also the salon was dirty with dust everywhere. I will never go back nor recommend.
