I normally enjoy coming here for a mani & pedi. Today i am very disappointed with the service i received. I usually go durning the day and get the $40 mani/ pedi special which takes about an hour. Today i walked in at 5:30 and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. I said fine and waited. It took longer than 30 minutes which is fine, they were busy. But when i finally sat down they rushed and cut corners because it was late. I was done in 40 minutes. Not good business practice. If you were unable to provide me with the complete service i normally get then you should of told me you didn't have time to fit me in. But i guess you wanted to make the money. I can't say for sure i won't be back but if i do it will be because i you are the closest salon that NORMALLY does a good job. Otherwise i will travel to Ossining and go to Arcadia Nails...always a good job and never rushed.

They are terrible at doing eyebrows, NEVER get your eyebrows done there. They rush it, they leave wax all over ur face, they don’t put the lotion on after their done and they waxed a piece of my eyebrow off they shouldn’t have because they lady was rushing(there was 1 other person in the salon). I wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone.

Jane did a terrific regular manicure. I’m new to the area and have had quite a challenge finding a new nail salon. Today, she made a new, regular customer.

Absolutely horrible! From the minute i got there the tech complained about my nails. The tech Nancy complained about everything I wanted done. I wanted a full set of acrylic. She complained and asked,
" why not gel? I told her the length was too long , she asked, " why not long nails ? She then complained when I said a certain color that I wanted . Then she made a face and said , " that's too light " .. I told her, "I'm paying for it "! She laughed like it's supposed to be funny .
I then asked for coffin shaped and she wanted to charge me a additional $5.00 more , I declined. The tech redused to use a new nail file , it was used.
She asked if i liked the nails , I said , " No"..(after I paid her to do my nails because , it is a service ). My nails are wide and painted uneven.
Ok so, then she asked me about a tip then got mad and started speaking in her language to other people then told me that, "she worked hard". Unprofessional!
I paid for my nails with (my )hard earned money and she shouted at me in front of a store full of customers and them demanded a tip! Not happening!
Very unprofessional and very rude! Couldn't wait to leave! Do not waste your time!

Only reason I have them one star is because I have to and at least Sarah was okay everyone else was horrible they stopped in the middle of my nails to do my toes the lady wouldn't even finish my nails Sarah did them they are the worst nail shop I have ever been to I'm sitting here with my toes done and the last did my friends nails instead of finishing mine and they will over charge you completely who charges for length they do they are horrible don't waste your time or money
