First time I went here my gel manicure lasted 1 day literally the gel polish was peeling off the next day. Then I went yesterday again got "sns" and my nail cracked then I went today to get it fixed and I let the guy know he only did two coats of powder on my right hand and it was way lighter he then sat there and argued with me that he put 3 coats when you can clearly tell the difference in hands. He then didn't even fix my nails I will never go back there as there costumer service is horrible.

I got the 5 star treatment here, I rarely get my nails done but I was going out for my anniversary so I decided to spring for a manicure. Today nails nailed it and gave me just the look I wanted. my fiance even commented on how nice my nails looked. I was very happy with the work that they did.

HORRIBLE! I have been here 4 times and all 4 times I have had bad experiences. First time I came I got a pedicure. It was quick. Basically dipped my feet in water and got a color change. Worst pedicure ever. Then I proceed to get a full set of nails. As the same person who did my pedicure attempted to put do my full set he kept putting the nails on crooked. I told him that they were crooked. Instead of fixing it he had the nerve to say my fingers were crooked? I walked out... Didn't continue to get my nails done. Then 2 months later I thought I'd give them another try! They are the closes nail spa by my house. The same guy did my fills. I thought he did a decent job but it wasn't till Christmas Eve 2015 when I came in again to get my fills done by the manager himself. He mentioned to me that all my nails were all a different length.. I laughed and said that's funny because I got my nails done here. He didn't once apologize. Then less than a week later my nail breaks. My thumb. The one that's last to fall off. So again I come in to get my fills done. A women did my nails this time. She did a beautiful job but over charged me her own price despite the prices I have been paying. A fill is $20 plus $3 for my nail being broken according to her. Plus I tip very good. I gave her a $5 tip. I felt after paying something wasn't right. I knew she got over on me and took advantage of me. I called the next day to anonymously ask what their prices were. Her herself answered and told me it was $17 for a fill. I asked what about one broken nail? No cost, she replied. So I immediately ask to speak to a manager. She knew it was me and said rudely she would give me the $3 back because I was charged $20 instead of $17. I didn't care about the money it was the principle that she was stealing from the customer and the company. Bad business. I insisted that I wanted to talk to the manager to communicate everything I had been through with paying different prices and bad quality plus customer services. She said he wasn't there. I ask when he would be she wouldn't tell me she said just to come in she would give me the $3 back. I didn't plan on coming back or ever again. But I just so happen to go to publix and thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to express to the manger everything. It wasn't even 10 minutes later I walk in the nail salon and see the manger himself working on someone's nails. So she lied to me. I was even more disgusted. I pulled him to the side and started asking him what were their prices for a fill and stuff like that. Since they have no sign with prices. He told me $15 for fills. I was even more upset. After she got caught she would still try and make an extra dollar? As I Am nicely explaining to him everything she comes up and starts getting loud with me and ignorant and tells me she didn't charge me that. He is just like whatever she said she didn't charge you that... In the middle of her taking care of a customer. I'm just like you think I would be in here to express that.. That didn't happen? Then she keeps rambling on and I tell her. No one is talking to you. You need to walk away. As I'm talking to manager.. Nope she's there yelling at me in front of customers with no respect for me and or anyone else. Manager doesn't even reprimand her and tell her she's wrong. I look at him and her I tell them you just lost $200 a month from me and I walked out. Never ever have I been through so much drama with one nail salon. They don't even use opi or name brand nail polishes on their customer. Their sign say is there organic? Yeah sure! Save yourself the trip, money and hassle. Do not go here! It's bad quality and customer service all the way around.

Clean and felt pampered.. I had pedicure and white tips. Highly satisfied with the service. Everyone is friendly.
