Super friendly and helpful staff. I like how small the practice is. I never had to wait long for an appointment, and there were times I came in early and was able to be seen right away. It's also has a nearby bus stop if you take the Connect buses.

I've been seeing Dr. Griesbaum for a few months and encouraged my family to visit him as well. The office staff are friendly and I appreciate that same day appointments are usually available (not booked up weeks/months ahead). Dr. Griesbaum spends nearly an hour on the initial exam & adjustment and each adjustment includes a "mini-massage" in preparation for the adjustment. He takes insurance or has a discount program available, too. Highly recommend this office.

As much as I hate to leave bad reviews, I can't not do it here. I was horrible pain when I came here after finding out my chiropractor closed with no notice. He barely looked/checked me out during my first apt. There was no adjustments, no discussion on anything. He sent me to lay in some stretching table that did nothing for me. Told me I had to come in 2xs a week to be fixed. My next apt he came in the room and barely said anything to me except that I was going to need surgery. Really?!? After one apt and one that he barely even looked at my back. Then I layed on the table and ran something over my back that did nothing but make me hurt more and then it was back on the stretching table. Next apt he barley said 2 words and the ones he did I couldn't understand a thing he said and when I tried to ask questions he laughed at me and and acted like I was bothering him. Then it was sitting while a lady rubbed Bio freeze on my back and used some machine that did nothing for me. Next apt same thing but then I had a massage from someone who comes in like once a week or so. She was thee only person who ever made my back feel semi better here. Nothing else at this office ever even came close. My next and final apt he once again rubbed something on my back, barley spoke to me, and sent me to the stretching table. I was done at this point. He never did a thing to help me. I got in somewhere else that I was trying to get in when I started here. One apt there and I left feeling no pain. ONE.APPOINTMENT. That's all it took. I didn't need surgery. I just needed a doctor to listen to me, actually check me out like they should, and to not scam me into needing surgery. I've been going to the new office for almost a year now and my original problem is gone. I just do maintenance now because I want to, not because he said I had to. I've only ever gone once a month and that's the schedule I made, he never told me I "had" to come in so many times to be "fixed." Any chiropractor that tells you that is not a legit one. The ladies at this office were great but I can't recommend him at all.

I've been to 5 chiropractors over the time of 9 years, and this one is my favorite. Always left feeling good, helped me with my sinuses and the massages were always great. I wish while my time in Normal, this place was easier to get to by bus at their old location, but since they moved near College Ave, it would be easy for a student to get there. Takes insurance and I honestly don't have any complaints. Ever since I moved to another town, I could not find a chiropractor that also has massage therapists at their practice. Hoping to visit again.
