My tax expert was amazing with her customer service and knowledge. I had lots of questions and she was able to help me with so much more than just filing my taxes.

Mrs. Linda was very knowledgeable an full of good information. The cost of the tax preparation was totally astronomical. I paid almost $ 400 dollars! I will think twice before I come back again.

I will definitely come back next year because I was able to get more money back with Janet looking in making sure everything was good, and was able to get 1k back. When I was attempting to do it myself I was only able to get $325.

Yesterday my husband and I did our taxes at another H&R Block location in Katy. We felt horrible about the experience and decided to get another opinion. We called this office and they got us in this morning to review our report. It turns out there were errors on the original submission!
Luisa and Andrea explained to us what was done incorrectly and what the next steps may be like. The office manager was amazing. She apologized for the bad experience and did everything she could to make it better.
I am so grateful for the amazing service and a second opinion. We will be back to this office 100%.
