It’s just not professional. The people are nicely and I s isn’t get a pretty good pedicure. She spent a lot of time and was very thorough but the owners son was there the whole time. Cute little boy but I left my kids at home for a reason!!! He was practically in my pedicure touching my legs and no one said anything. The owner/dad stared at his phone the whole time while this little boy hung on mommy’s back, mommy being they other nail technician. It was just messy I wanted to fall asleep but that could not happen.

My daughter, my mom, my sister and myself walked in today for pedicures and I wanted to change my gel Polish. When I walked over to the owner Henry's station and asked to look at the gel colors he rudely said we don't do Polish changes unless you get a fill....I AM NOT DUE FOR A FILL AND IT CLEARLY WAS POSTED ON THE PRICE LIST THEY DO POLISH CHANGES!!! We all walked out because clearly they only pick and choose who they want to service and what services they feel like doing. I used to respect Henry as a nail tech but now he is garbage. You lost 4 good paying customers today. If your reading this don't waste your time going here they don't value customers.

Hands down the best nail place in the area! I have seen Henry and Amy for as long as I can remember. They do a phenomenal job for any kind of service- manicure, pedicure, tips, gel, acrylic, SNS, and even waxing. Very clean, polite, and professional.

I don't always get to come to Natural nails because of my schedule , but when I do get to come here the service is always awesome, they're always very nice and prices are reasonable. It's always nice and clean too!

Terrible place to get your eyebrows done, My eyebrows literally look the same after the girl did it. Worst way to spend your money and time. Definitely don't recommend their services. I do a better job of cleaning up my eyebrows! Save your money Stay AWAY!
