i asked for a certain type of nails & she didn’t do the shape correct or the nail color . i don’t like polish, i wanted powder & she used the polish & it’s done very messy as well. i’ve gone here a few times hoping they’d do better but not once was i ever satisfied with their service. id like some one to please contact me about a refund or fixing them correctly this time.

Omg i know if everyone will have the same experience. But my pinky nail has been swollen ever since has been going on almost 2 weeks.

I brought my daughter's here because I got them gift certificates for Christmas for full sets. The lady was very rude as when I asked her about a previous bad experience I had because my nails came off two days after they were done a few months back she said it depends on what you do with your hands. I've been to several other salons that last for weeks that's no excuse. Only reason I came here because it was a last minute gift on Christmas Eve before everybody was closing. Ladies and esp the man there are very rude they have no good professionalism what so ever. The guy is the worst and is always on his phone never acknologing customers.. gave my girls a tip for the nail tech just because to be nice she didn't even say thank you!! Do NOT go to to this salon go anywhere else. Never will I go back here..

If I could I would have given them a zero. Firstly they don’t know how to do gel nails. I had to y’all him to put the white coat on first because if I hadn’t he was just going to put the color. Secondly after he was finished I told him that I could still see the white coat and that I was not satisfied but he was only worried about me paying and not the fact that MY NAILS WERE A COMPLETE MESS. They were lumpy and ugly and I’ll NEVER come back. I’m very unsatisfied. If I could post pictures I would.

I will give them no stars 1st they have false advertisement on the prices when you get up to the counter they charge you more than what is stated on their Billboard For prices. Then the man cuts my finger with the drill and Does not even apologize. They have very poor customer service I will not be going back here and I do not recommend Anyone going there this is the worst place I've ever been to. Now I wish I have read the reviews before I came here
