I went to her with high hopes to clean up my roots and get a trim. 3 weeks before my wedding I thought I could trust her. Before my appointment my hair was below my bra clip in the back and was blonde with lowliest of red and brown and grown out roots that was fairly 3 inches. By the time I walked out of her salon she had cut 3 inches off my hair, over processed my highlights that are now WHITE on one side and not even proportional, and layered and shaped my hair into a sever V. Then tried to argue with me that I asked for white highlights and she did what she could. Very unprofessional and left a bride very unhappy 3 weeks to her wedding.
