Been coming to this location for many years I can truly say I’ve had ok experience here But never have I had such a wonderful experience like I did last week. Kimberly was so helpful and respectful. I had a bunch of questions and she was so interested in helping me didn’t mind the 100 questions I had. I knew she was also honest and sincere when it came to helping me out.ive had times were ive asked questions before with other employees there and they’re were rude or didn’t seem to care in helping.I felt so bad asking for help because she was doing some other things around the store putting out more color I saw her mopping and cleaning the front when I walked in right away was greeted.I told her” sorry sweetheart I don’t want to take up your time but I need your help”she said back was” of course It’s absolutely no problem at all I’m here to help I want to make sure you find everything you are looking for”. She recommended the best products to substitute the ones they were out of. I recommend coming to this location and asking for Kimberly.She is super nice makes you feel welcomed and will help you with no problem.its the little things like good customer service that makes us want to come back. Thank you so much hun.Unfortunately the other young lady there who was sitting on a chair at the front could be a bit more friendly with customers.

I feel like I’m at Cheers where everybody knows your name!!! These girls are not only very professional but they are so personable. I feel like I’m with family when I see these girls.

Their supplies are limited, there is no ethnic/natural hair section and their prices seem high for a license only supply store. Example OPI can be found in salons and stores for the same (or better pricing). Same with a lot of the styling products/shampoos/conditioners.

It’s shelves are usually well organized and stocked, however, the personnel can use more in-depth education on product knowledge and customer service.
