I was in your salon on 4/6/19 for a basic pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. When I paid my bill, my receipt said $64.50. I looked over my bank account today and saw that My card was charged $74.50 instead of $64.50. My gel polish started to peel off my nails over the next 2 days after my visit. I came to the shop today, on 4/11/19, to get it fixed and to address my card error. When I came in, the ladies call out and asked what I needed. I asked one of the ladies to come to the desk to talk to them about my concerns but they never walked up to speak to me. I wasn't going to yell out my problem when they had customers. I was trying to be courteous. When I waited about 10 mins or so, I walked up to one lady to show her my nails. I told her that I had been in on Saturday and my nails were peeling and asked if they could be fixed. She told me that they had to be redone and I would be charged AGAIN! She didn't have time to talked to me about anything else. I called my bank and reported the charges to them and it is being investigated. I always go there and have never had a problem until now. The bank said that my total was forged to look like a different amount and they would take action on this. All I wanted was to get my nails fixed and get my over charged amount back. I was very nice and did not cause a scene. I will never go there again.

Horrible service. I came back the next day because my nails chipped within 24 hours of getting a fill and They wanted to charge me for a color change because I wanted to get a different color because logically why would I get the same one so it can chip again. Just not right to me you’d think they would accommodate the customer to satisfy them to keep them since I paid $35 for my services. And they are dirty nothing updated everything in boxes. I’d never recommend going there
