Everything was just fine.
If you’re looking for something creative, I wouldn’t go here. I think their strong suit is likely with basic cut/colour/styling, as the majority of the clients were quite posh and leaning towards older generations. The vibe was lacking, and the front desk wasn’t terribly enthusiastic. For the amount that I paid, I was expecting something a more creative and what I got was very standard wedding hair, which was quite dissapointing.
I’d compare my experience at this “upscale” salon to any very basic salon in New York or London. Again, come here if you want to drop money on basic cut and colour, but not for anything else.

I have been going to Avanti for several years and I would never go anywhere else. I almost don’t want to say how great Laura is because then it could be harder to get an appointment with her! She is so nice and she takes the time to answer any questions you have about color, cut, etc. and make suggestions without being pushy. It’s so refreshing to see her every few months and just relax because she knows my hair.

Rachel did a great job and I was very pleased with the results and her work.
I was surprised the guy at the desk did not accept my Avanti gift card. He said it was for their holiday pop up blow out bar. I figured since it was an avanti gift card it would work. I think they should put an expiration date on them next time.

From beginning to end... this was a perfect experience. My hair cut is beautiful...hands down the best it has looked in a long time. John Dion works magic with an existing challenging haircut!

Avanti is a great place for a men's haircut. They are friendly, organized, and run on time. I recommend Katy who has been doing a terrific job with my hair for years.
