I went in this place to get a manicure and and pedicure. They were looking at me kinda strange when I walked in. I talked to rhe lady in charge and she asked me to come back in and hour. I was and little disappointed at that considering they were not completely full. Anyways I honored the request and came back in an hour. The experience after that was pretty good.

Mimi, the owner is rude and unprofessional. I had to return twice because my gel manicure chipped after 2 days. This is not the first time that this has happened. She does not care about her customers, only her profit margin. I will no longer patronize this business!

Mimi the front desk manager was absolutely demeaning. I could have easily been just as rude; however, I exited that establishment and I will never return. Absolutely horrible and rude person and she does not care because she knows that we will continue to return !!!!

Not bad, but Mimi the manager has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She is rude to clients, and ever her staff. I will not go back because of her.
