I went in to get my eyebrows done today for the first time in their salon... I explained to her that I'm very picky where I go to get my eyebrows done cuz people mess it up. So the woman finishes does my eyebrows I quickly glance.. noticed my left eyebrow was a little off but no biggie.. nothing worry about.. I got home and looked in the mirror and realized I have a section of my eyebrow missing on my right side!! I called her minutes after I left and explain to her what happened and she took no possibility for her actions!! I would have respected her more if she said it was an honest mistake.. She tried to tell me.. well didn't you say the last people messed up your eyebrows?? so that wasn't me... I told her that was 5 weeks ago!! whatever you do don't get your eyebrows done there they will screw it up!!

I was a walk in and they got me in super fast, even on a Saturday morning! She was rushing a little, one of my nails is a little jagged but its not a huge thing. I always come here! I got gel at another salon and it chipped in one day. Here it stays on for at least 2 weeks, usually 3 before I need to go in.

I adore these ladies at Lotus Nails and Spa! Jan does the best brow waxes in town, and Leena is very good too! Everyone there gives amazing pedicures, I always leave there a happy customer.

Horrible. I had a mani and pedi. The two ladies doing them were talking to each other loudly and laughing in what sounded like Vietnamese. I could not get a moment of peace and quiet to relax. And since it was busy that day, they did a poor job in a rush so that they can get to the next customer. My nails look the same if not worse than if I had painted them myself. And the colors were peeling and cracking by day 3!! I would not go back and would not recommend.

This is the most amazing personal nail place you will ever go!! Christine the owner has known my son since he was 2 and know he is 13!!! When you go here its like visiting family!!!
