Really bad customer service, I went in for the first time to get a pedicure and their nail tech Claudia cut me and was still being rough, I asked her if she can just stop and switch over to the other feet which she did but was still being aggressive about it. Keep in mind i always get pedicures so I didn’t have no fungus no nothing, I keep my feet nice and clean. I just wanted to try something new. After she finished she charged me a leg and an arm for a pedicure so I didn’t rip. I called later on because I was still bleeding from my toe and asked to speak to the manager Lily. She asked me to go in to see my toe and she said it was normal, I’m sorry but I never gotten a pedicure and got left with a swollen toe. So no that’s not normal. Then she had the audacity to ask me I work right, do you work for free? N I responded with yes I do work but no I don’t for free. What does that have to do with this. She thought I was asking for a refund but I didn’t even initiate nothing about refund I was just letting her know about her customer service and my concern. As a manager I listen to my patients and try to help them in anyway but I’m never coming bk over here. Very unprofessional! When going to a new nail salon please read the reviews. I should of done from the beginning. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fast service, fair price for full pedicure considering how my heels were. somewhat uncomfortable while getting pedi since i was getting full acrylic set done at the same time.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and since day 1 I fell in love with this place! Lely is the best , she goes beyond for me , will come in early or stay late just to get me done! Very clean and friendly environment as well! She has and awesome staff too!highly recommend fancy nails

The owner Lilly did an amazing job on my nails and Vanessa did an outstanding job on my pedicure and an amazing massage. Will definitely be back. Love this place, found my new forever salon.
