The best place to come to! I have tried other places and they don't scrub your feet well and they are over priced... I have been a loyal customer since I moved to San Diego in 2010.

My first time here was great. Jenny is amazing, if you come here book an apt with her only. My recent visit here on the other hand was terrible. I had a completely different lady and the cashier kept over charging and upselling everyone. It was ridiculously uncomfortable (so much 2 other customers were complaining as well). My fill isn't perfect and there's A LOT of left over acrylic all over my cuticles. On top of that! The lady didn't completely remove my previous polish before doing my fill so there's black nail polish trapped inside the fill. Amazing right!?!? Before the fill was even over they were pressuring me to pick a color, and well I didn't like any of them, I originally came for the holographic colors jenny offered the first time I was there. Unfortunately no one here knew what I was talking about. And don't let the window price's fool you, you will not be paying any where near that. I was told if they did the set I walked in with, it would have been 40$, so just book an appointment with an actual nail spa that offers mimosas for that money. I was so uncomfortable and unsatisfied, I left with no polish! And well what's the point of polish If I need to file my own nails. There's jagged edges that get caught in my hair.

I had to rate them 1 star. The reason is because they are low on staff for the costumers they have. It is very inconvenient to go in when you are in a hurry, and lets face it, who is not in a hurry. One time I went in with two friends of mine, one of my friends and I got service fast, but my second friend was next in list and they took in a lady who had just walked in, like what? I TOLD THEM MY FRIEND WAS NEXT, AND THEY JUST IGNORED ME AND STARTED SPEAKING THIER LANGUAGE. LADY SUE IS SO NICE AND I LIKE HOW SHE DOES MY PEDICURE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE LONG TIME TO WAIT TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND MAKES IT A HORRIBLE PLACE. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF I AM SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH CLIENTS TO COVER THEIR SALARY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE CLIENTS OVER THIS. GOOD BYE HELEN NAILS. CANT COME BACK ANYMORE BECAUSE GUESS WHAT, I WILL HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR, EVEN 30 MINUTES IS TOO MUCH FOR ME.
GO TO ANOTHER SALON ON SAME BLOCK TOWARDS CORNER OF BROADWAY VANS NAILS, THEIR WAIT ISNT AS BAD, SOMETIMES THERE IS NO WAIT, A LOT OF STAFF, AND BEAUTIFUL NAIL DESIGN. ALSO IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL RESPECT IT AND NOT TAKE ANYONE WHO JUST WALKS IN.

Loved it, i had gone some where else 4days before a d they gave me the worst nails ive ever had, Lou fixed my nails so good im definitely going back here loved the care and the service! I wanted experience and good price and with them i got it! 💖 thanks so much 💅👌

I love Helen's , I been going there since about 14 years old, Helen and her staff has always been wonderful to me, they do excellent work, Jenny is my tech, she always keep my nails fabulous!
