I give four because the salon is clean and their work was amazing. I would’ve given five since my mom was going to this salon for 20 years since before she was pregnant with me. Until recently my mom made an appointment and arrived EARLY and Tracy took someone else that came after my mom and when my mom asked what was going on what happened with her appointment, Tracy’s excuse was “I can’t work on you, I’m busy there’s no one else available.” I was completely shocked at how she treated my mom who has been her customer/friend for over the last two decades and just gives away her appointment time to someone who came after her. Why have a salon if you can’t even keep appointments and then try to blame the customer who arrived for the appointment EARLY AND GAVE HER SPOT TO SOMEONE WHO CAME AFTER. Tracy wasn’t even busy until she saw my mom was there for her spot and suddenly she became busy with another customer who was just a walk in!!!!! This salon is CANCELLED.

$35 for fat misshapen nails. N all different lengths (photo) index next to pinky. I asked for the same length. N why is my pinky nail going up?
The color put on my nails was completely different to the one I picked.
She didn't even know what almond or oval shape was. 😒

Best customer service. This was my first time there and I was extremely happy with the results. I went in to get my acrylics removed to get a gel manicure. I went in with one of my real nails broken and the guy who worked on them did not hurt/cut me one bit.I have really sensitive cuticles and he was able to trim them with no problem. Definitely will be back

This place was great I took my son in with an ingrown toe nail and a young man whom works here helped my son has healed and bow and has no pain.

Made an appointment and took a Lyft there. Whe I arrived, the nail tech I was scheduled with was just beginning a pedicure...... I waited and then asked if I could make a new appointment for tomorrow and they said no. I don't understand the point of making appointments if they never stick to a schedule. I left with no service.
