I went there to get my eyebrows done. The person went from doing someone’s nails directly to my face when I asked the lady wash her hands it was an issue with her. I watched the sink like a hawk no one washed their hands. #10 tho is great!

I have to say that this salon actual treats you as if they want you to return. I was treated so well. These technicians are awesome!!! I was having my NIGHTMARE manicure from another mall nail salon (ninteez nai1z) removed and I couldn't be any more happy with my experience at Fancy Nails! My work schedule doesn't allow me to go to a regular 9-5 salon. It took over an hour for her to remove the awful manicure but she was so gentle and extremely professional. Friendly doesn't begin to describe my experience here! I was also greeted promptly upon entering and seated immediately. I waited less than two minutes for my technician to be finished with their previous client. I was totally comfortable and at ease, I let her take the reins. Lynn (maybe Linn) was awesome.
While I was there I heard 2 customers ask for technicians by name which tells me that they are satisfied customers, returning for more.
It has taken me a while to find where I want to have my nails done on a regular. I've bounced from place to place. Not anymore, I'll be back.

Had my nails done here and while they were drying i watch as an employee took a bag full of hand towels filled the foot bath and hand washed every towel! Unsanitary and whats worse is to do it in front of customers!

Nails came out ok but NOT THE LENGTH I WANTED paid $35 for gel for a crapy job. Showed them a picture and all! Tony told me they charge for length.. WHO DOES THAT ?! if I asked for medium nails, I expect medium nails not small nails.

Requested fill and polish changed but changed to full pedicure. Lady acted as if she really did not know how to do a pedicure. At that point I should have just went with polish change! Then another girl did my fill the steps I'm use to at my regular shop wasn't done😡 I ask I don't have to wash my hands🤔 No buffing she said no! Feet do not look like I had a pedicure nails to sharp on corners! But first visit to Connecticut and first impressions of this salon is ummmm never again. Don't rush through to get to the next person that's how you messed up on a tip with me! But for my nails to be short and a fill starts at 15 u charged 23 u got your tip! Never again!!!😡😡😡😡😡not happy at all
