Got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed yesterday and they missed a spot. They did it very fast without even putting lotion on it just wiping off the wax with which hazel which was weird and were kinda urging me out of the room before I had a chance to see it. I called very nicely to tell them about it later on that night and asked if they could fix it. They agreed saying we will fix it for you. Each employee came up to check it out which made me feel embarrassed and each girl was like it wasn’t me. Finally the lady fixed it while laughing at me for jumping and afterward kept saying it’s good right? Overall bad experience but at least it was fixed after the second go.

I come here all the time for my pedicures. Today was the worst experience I’ve had. I usually bring my own nail polish due to their lack of selection, so that’s not so much an issue. I had a lady today I had never had before. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said I did and she proceeded to file them. It hurt! She didn’t scrub my feet like they usually do, instead she only used the brush on my nails. When it came time for polish, she kept getting in on my skin then trying to wipe it away, only smearing my bright pink polish all over my toes. Never cleaned it up. I came for a pedicure and eyebrows, and before we even got to the drying station for my toes the lady announced “its time to pay me”. Needless to say, I did not inquire further about my eyebrows and wrote this review while drying. I love the rocks and towels and that’s why I come here, but perhaps it’s not worth the frustration and pain!!

This place is TERRIBLE. You wait forever bc they won’t take appointments. They will tell you it’s a shorter wait than it really is and it’s usually at least 30 minutes off from the time they give you. The shellac is done poorly and won’t last nearly as long as other salons. Where are all the good Howell salons??? This one surely isn’t it!

Always hurried. Substandard pedicure Waited for 40 minuets Took someone else before me. Spend more time discussing $$

Traci owner is awesome. I have never been able to keep nails on more then a month or so and since see her it's been about a year. Thank you.
