First time in 20 years I've ever gotten actual blisters before, and I always go to the Walmart salons. I just normally don't go to THIS Davi Nails. And no, the wax wasn't hot.
I went back in and complained and they acted like this was normal redness. They said some people are just sensitive and refused to discount my payment or refund me. I walked away because none of them spoke good English and both of the people I spoke to refused to help me. I was getting nowhere and I wasn't going to be the lady who started screaming in WalMart.
DO NOT get your face waxed here if you care about your health or customer service. Clearly they don't either .

My fiance has had numerous negative encounters here. Disrespectful to black people and have very poor customer service skills.
