Simple statement: make sure you ask the prices BEFORE you receive services they will give you a crazy price & blame it on the “style or length” of your nails! They are fairly cheap so when they tell you $20 for a basic fill (nothing fancy, acrylic) you know it’s BS! If you’re on your phone make sure you’re aware of what they are doing to your nails...they will upgrade you without your permission!

Rushed service and less than satisfactory job. Went in for a nail removal and a new set of American tips today. Nails tips are somewhat transparent, different lengths, have bubbles and do not look like the American tips at other nail salons.I wanted a natural off- white look and these are sparkly with grey undertones. I expressed my concerns and she was unaccomodating. I won't be returning.

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in a nail salon. I will never spend my hard earned money here ever again. My shellac nails didn't even last a week and they didn't want to fix it. Do not waste your time and money here!

I love this place.
I come every two weeks for my pedicure. They always do a great job. They aren't the most personable people I've ever met. They don't spend a lot of time trying to engage you in conversation or getting to know you. Overall for me I can live with that as I come there for them to provide a service and for that they do a great job. The thing that would make them better is if they tried being more personable with the customers.

On 04/23/17 I visited this establishment and was immediately impressed with the plastic bags for pedicures. I decided to try gel nails for the first time ever! Big mistake.. within a few days 2 of my nails broke and the gel started chipping. Mei told me gel generally last up to 2 weeks. I returned on Saturday evening from Florida too tired to go to the nail shop. This morning another nail breaks, mind you these are my own nails. I go to the shop and Mei tells me she didn't guarantee anything but had I came back within 2 days they would have fixed them. It's been exactly 8 days.. 1st and last visit to this dump!! Thanks Mei you have superior customer service.. NOT SO MUCH#don'tstopthere
