I do not usually do reviews unless they’re super bad or extremely great. I used to go to this nail salon over 2 years ago and it was great. I went last week and it was awful. I always used to go to Kenny so that’s who I went to this time. He was starting off good, catching up but then his girlfriend showed up and he started to tell me way too much about his personal life with her and their kids, involving money. I just listened then asked for a short coffin that was a little longer because usually filing them down later will cause them to be shorter. He made them too long and both times I asked for them shorter it seemed like a big deal. He proceeded to tell me how I need to relax my hand so he can do his job. Only because he kept looking away when filing my nail with the drill. My nails were not bad per say. The shaping was wrong on a few nails but nothing I couldn’t live with for two weeks. What made me really upset is when he was finished he looked at my nails and said “eh they’re alright, not that good though”…. I was very annoyed and ready to be out of there at this point. So I just paid and left. I will never be returning. I had to go to a different salon to get them filed down how I wanted them and just left the color and shape until my next fill.

This place was very disorganized. They never gave anyone a wait time they just asked if they could wait. They had me soak my nails in acetone for 40 minutes and only checked on me once to get my previous gel off. They didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t check to make sure I liked it while doing my nails. I’m pretty sure they used the same tools with every customer and don’t sanitize in between uses. The same woman was working on 4 peoples manicures at the same time. I had to ask them to put lotion on my hands after they sat in acetone for so long. When I walked in a customer was telling the woman who was working on her that she has been there for 3 hours and missed appointments and her nails still weren’t how she wanted them. The woman who did my nails did a nice job, but I don't recommend this place.

Its was clean and the employees were super nice. Even the the people waiting to get nails done were friendly. To me I most definitely go back. The wait time was excessive but it was a holiday weekend. It also tells me that they are great especially if the lady's are going to wait to get their nails done. I'm simple when it comes to these things. But even with me simple taste and all it was well worth it.
