i just left an hour ago July 15 2017, i brought my mother inlaw to experience southern hospitality and az ae walked in and said hi no one answered they met us with horrible mad faces . of u had bad experiences before with black people please do not treat us all the same. i came to spend 150$ but you all made us feel uncomfortable i had to leave. please dont waste your time here . Go to perfect 10 nails shop, over there they greet you with smile N super friendly. Also do a good job. Customer service is Imperative. i work in hospitality business how you all behaved is unacceptable. It was as if we did something. it is ok to smile and greet your customerz , make them feel welcome !!! Learn from Perfect 10 . you all are from the same country so why soo rude ?? i will NEVER COME BACK

It was 5:35 and they wouldn't take me for ONE gel refill. The open sign was still on.

Terrible pedicure. How hard can it be.
You do this all day long Watered down products. Won't come back and don't recommend.

Not a good one to go to. They are very inappropriate and not a clean nail salon at all.
