JV Nails never disappoints! Andy is always very meticulous and professional in his craft. It's hard to find that type of quality at other establishments. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing but the wait time was minimal and the staff was very attentive. This is by far the best nail salon I've been to ever. When you arrive, you sign in on an ipad/ kiosk at the reception area. I went on a Saturday and it was extremely busy so it took about and hour before my services were even started (next time I'll go in the middle of the week) but the wait was okay because the environment was so chill. Great music, and complimentary soft drinks and wine while you wait. The salon was huge and clean! The nail art and polish selection was bomb! 😍 They offer several options for nail and pedicure services, and they also do lashes, eyebrow and body waxing too!

I have been here a few times but this last time (which was today) was absolutely terrible. Jackie is very rude and she had an attitude with me for no reason. Soon as she started doing my toes her facial expression was as if she didn’t want to do it. I asked her opinion on nail polish to match the colors and she looked at me like “uh what are you going to get”? If she didn’t want to be there she shouldn’t have came to work today. She didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails shaped or anything. I’m not satisfied at all. My nails do not look good. I will not be going back!

I’ve been going here for about 3 years, but my service desire today was a pedicure. I was quickly waited on by Jackie; who always gives me a great pedicure with a smile. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Jackie!

Never go to this nail salon but I wanted to give it a try. I always get white gel on my feet . The day I went was very busy FYI. The lady who did my pedicure was named Kim. Honestly after she finished, it was the most unprofessional & sloppy work I’ve have seen I was not pleased . This lady seem to not care, I feel like she was not taking her time when painting them, she did NOT coat it correctly, left white nail polish all over the sides of my nail and on my actual skin! The corners of all my nails had dried white nail polish, she did a horrible job . Usually when I go to my regular place they always make sure to clean up . I then addressed her about her job & how unprofessional it was, she was rude and said & I quote “I tried to cleaning it as much as I can, you just have small feet” that is bs I’ve never had a “Nail Tech” tell me that , that’s no excuse. As a “Nail Tech” you’re supposed to know how to work on all types of feet ma’am it was never a problem at any other salon so why was it a problem at this one. Just like a hair dresser is suppose to know how to work on all hair textures. That’s not an excuse for your poor job. I will not be going back!
