I call this place Unpleasant Paws. They never do what i ask regarding my dog's haircut, owner is always grumpy, you can always get a pretty fast appt which is why I EVER use them but I always say to myself, "never again". And, they're too expensive!
$65 for a miniature poodle? With a bad cut? Never again!

I was excited to finally find a reasonable groomer in the area; however, they majorly lacked in costumer service. My dog was there for over 8 hours and there was not one call telling me what was going on. I called frequently through out the day but all they had to tell me was they were low on staff. When I went to finally pick my dog up, they did not even bother to apologize. This service is unacceptable and kept me waiting all day.

Customer service is awful. Very rude. My dog has been groomed since she was a puppy. Recently moved to the area.. tried this groomer. First thing Francette said was “ if she is matted she will be shaved!!!” Is this how you greet new customer? My dog gets combed daily. When I picked up my dog i cried. Long pieces still all over. Face looked like a child got hold of scissors.
