Hi... I just came here today. This isn’t my nail salon, I don’t live here I was visiting family friends and we decided to go to their local nail salon. As I first walked in, it looked nice and relaxing. Then I sat down to get a manicure, and the woman who did my nails didn’t paint them properly. She didn’t put enough coats of polish, and they chipped so easily that when she helped another costumer as I was drying, I redid them by myself. I painted over the parts she messed up, but eventually they still ended up ruined. Over all, I think it was maybe the nail polish or the woman who did my nails just wasn’t the best.

Horrible, horrible. I got a gel manicure on Monday and by Tuesday the polish changed a horrible color...and no it was not a mood polish. When i went back the owner tried to blame me instead of fixing the situation. She wanted me to pay 20 dollars to fix it. Worse customer service ever!! I will definitely not be going back. So many nail salons in Oakton, make a wise choice and avoid this place.

The people that work here are really rude and sassy. They have no talent. They can’t even file correctly. I did gel and there are bumps she didnt apply it evenly. They suck.

I did not receive good service. The services were incomplete and I had to find another nail salon. Very offended by my treatment. I do NOT recommend this salon. The physical facility is very nice and comfortable.

I have been coming to Kiwi since I was about 16,now 28. They have always shown me complete and utter kindness and are always hoping to give you a great experience. Today, I came in 30mins before closing expecting to get my waxing done and to make an appointment for the next morning for a mani/pedi. Boy was I in for the best surprise!
They gave me the queen treatment, and took care of everything, even offered me a deluxe spa manicure which I, of course, could not resist.
These women went above and beyond to make sure I got everything done that I needed to, and to give me an experience to remember. I felt like I was at the Ritz! It's like they knew I was in desperate need to relax..
