Mimi is here so that's what makes this the best nail salon in Broward County. Been coming Mimi since 2003. If you want the best pedi of your LIFE, COME HERE TO MiMi. I can't vouch for anybody else except her. They are also clean, take temperatures, make you wash your hands, use liners in the pedi bath tub, etc. Ritz has an awesome atmosphere and ambiance as well, but go to Mimi and you won't be disappointed.

If you want your cuticles to be sore, bloody, and damaged then this is the perfect place for you. My fingers have been in so much pain the past few days. While doing my nails, the tech used the machine over my cuticles and I pulled back my hand because it hurt and told her to be more careful and she still kept running them over with the machine. At the end, a few of my fingers were bleeding and she didn't even say sorry just put some sort of aloe gel on those fingers like this is normal to her. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I’ve been going to Ritz for about a year now, started coming here when my tech (Lam) moved here. Been going to Lam for over 6 years and he is the absolute best!! I’m very pleased with how Ritz has been handling their business with COVID. Checking temperatures, sanitizing stations after every client. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. The people here are super nice and friendly & The prices are very reasonable. They serve wine, soda, coffee ... etc and it's at no extra charge. I really do feel like I'm at a spa when I'm here and they make sure to make you feel super comfortable. On top of that my nails come out perfect every time. And if I mess up a nail all I have to do is come back and they'll fix it. I noticed they are always willing to help.
For instance, I was getting my nails done one time and this lady walked in and asked for the owner. He walked up to her and she handed him her glasses and he fixed them. I asked him was she a customer he said "no she came in one day and asked if I can help her with her glasses... she just needed a quick fix." He didn't ask for no money or anything. I thought that was very nice of him.
All in all this place has value, morals, respect and great nail technicians who do awesome work. I've been coming her for the past 2 years and I've seen it ALL!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get there nails done and relax at the same time.
