Eric is so amazing! It was my first time doing highlights and I was having trouble finding a good spot. Thankfully, my friend recommended Personalities, and after seeing all the superb reviews, I decided to book an appointment. When I got there, I showed Eric a pic of what I wanted and he immediately got on it. The result was better than I expected! Highly recommend!

Have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Both at the current and previous locations. Staff is amazingly sweet and attentive. I've never been displeased with the outcome of my hair! Everyone here is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
