Horrible. Been going there since I was a teenager because they were the most affordable, but they are always rude. Now that I’m older I choose to pay a little more for better service. However, today I was nearby and decided to give this place another shot. When the guy was taking my tips off he was hurting me, one of my nails ripped off so short, and he cut almost every finger on my left hand while filing. Once I noticed I was bleeding from one of my cuticles I got up and left. They never offered to fix it for free or at the very least apologize and not make me pay for the removal of my tips. I still had to pay $5 for the terrible job he did for taking off my nails and they could care less that I had a bad experience. This is not my first bad experience there, but it will definitely be my last. One time my boyfriend took me to get my nails done and he was going to pay for me, men have no idea how much to tip at a nail salon, they rudely asked him out loud how much he wanted to tip and when he responded the girl doing my nails laughed. So disrespectful, terrible attitude, they don’t care about customers.

Have been coming here many years, always professional and friendly. Never shad a problem with any of the staff. If something chipped it was repaired no questions asked

This was the worst experience. They seemed in a rush. We got a pedicure that was very basic, and they seemed to do the bare minimum. When we went to get our gel manicures done they buffed our nails with a tool that strips the top layer off of your nail. Then without soaking out hands they tried to remove our cuticles, with our hands dusty and dry. They don't wash their tools in between customers or sterile. Every single time in different nail salons they have always soaked our hands before doing anything to them, so as to not dry them out. Then when we said something they became angered, speaking in a foreign language to one another. If you are looking for something worth your money DO NOT GO HERE.

My mother got her lip and jaw waxed, the thing is, they are so unprofessional. They don’t even have a room for waxing. They just throw you in an office chair in front of everyone and start waxing. They don’t prep the skin or anything. 2 days later my mom’s face started peeling and was red a swollen. Never coming back.

0 negative. The pedicurist scraped my skin. The more I complained the more she pulled my foot to continue scraping the skin and the gel from my toenails. It was very painful. She didn’t care. She just wants to get the job done even if the customer is horrified. I walked out of there never to come back.
