I received the dip powder and it has lasted a long time! The young woman at the counter was very welcoming and warm, great customer service! My only complaint is that while I was getting my dip powder manicure, my manicurist was literally putting my fingers into the jar which is a sanitary issue. They are supposed to apply the powder with a clean brush. And while I had the dip powder fall off (2 weeks later mind, no complaints there) I noticed that my nail has a dent in it, a noticeable divide between the new nail growth and what was put into the powder. I wonder if it had to do with the drill or maybe it was buffed too much? I'm hoping that the rest of my nails don't have indents in them. The dip powder is supposed to be better for your nails, so I don't completely understand why the buffing and drill are necessary, especially if it results in dents in the nails. Overall though my experience here was good, I just had an issue with how the dip powder was applied (and hope it's fixed for future customers) and being careful with the drill/buffing. :)

I have been coming here for a awhile ,i tell my friends and co workers to come here. I saw one of my friends reviews she comes with her mom and they definitely love it too. Lorena is my favorite i continue to come back to her. This place is so beautiful and awesome they know u by name and make u feel like family.

Everyone is nice and do a good job on your nails and toes. It's also a crowd so you might want to schedule an appt before going there.

I scheduled for a fill yesterday, knowing my natural nail has grown long under my acrylic. So I go in, sit down and the nail tech says my acrylics are too long , which is fine. He suggested I just get a whole new full set. I told him alright that's cool with me. After that he continued filling my nails knowing that I agreed to his suggestion. My nails came out so uneven, not to mention the color streaked on my nails so it looks unfinished. When I got home I took my own nail file and shaped my nails the way they should have looked after paying 38 dollars. Please, if you go here expect the quality of your nails to be about a 50/50 chance of them turning out how you want them to. When my nails grow out I'm soaking them off myself and going natural.
