I went here to get a mani/pedi! I asked if there was a wait and was told no, so I proceeded to sit down and get my pedi first. I had no clue it would take the tech well over an hour to do my toes. I didn't have time to do my nails because I had to leave at a certain time which I told the tech. I previously had gel nails, so it takes a while to get it off. From my experience the tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was taking her sweet time. I ended up leaving with stripped nails, not done because they removed the gel and it looks awful. I go to pay and was told that I owed $48! Really???? I didn't like my pedi at all, plus they left my nails horrible and expected me to pay $48! Needless to say, I left angry, then called to let them know that I had a horrible experience and all I was told us the tech was new and they told me that before I got my pedi. Ok, that's a lie. I was never told she was new in the beginning. I found out the tech was new when I told them I was unhappy with my services. I will never go back here! This was so unjust. I don't mind paying my hard earned money for great service but this service was awful.

Awesome staff, wonderful clean and beautiful interior! I got a fill and polish from John, and I'm in love with it! I will definitely be back to get both a mani and pedi done soon!

I have been going to this place for the past 2 1/2 years and it used to be SO wonderful, but not too long ago I believe a new owner took over!
I have had several bad experiences and everytime I decide to go back and give them another chance. the new owner is very rude and snotty, she got my nails done once and she acted like she is doing me a favor. when I asked a question about pricing or anything like that, she reacted like I was an idiot! and what I didnt appreciate is that she would go and say things about me to the other techs in her language thinking that I wont know that this is what she was doing.
My last experience was 2 weeks ago. I went for a pedi and mani (gel) she assigned a new person to do my pedi (which I am totally fine with) until the new person declided to scrub my feet because she was expecting an appointment. When I insisted, she did it for like 10 seconds. she didnt put polish on my little toes because she said "they are too small" LOL I mean really!
After that I waited for 20 min for someone to do my mani, and not to mention, all this time the owner was still doing this lady " one of her favorit clients" that sat and chatted with her and her husband for over 1 1/2 hour. when I finally got to the point of drying my gel nails, another tech came and literally tried to pull the light dryer away with my hand in it, becasue he "favorit client" is in a hurry to leave!
I usually don't try to write long review on a place unless it is a wonderful place, but I am so mad I had to pay $65 for my horrible experience and that was not relaxing AT ALL!
Unless you do care about being pampered, which is why I go get my feet and hands done, you can certainly go there.

I have called multiple times and tried to get prices and make an appointment. But I've never gotten a response or an answer. Online it says "call for the price" which is especially frustrating when I call and no one answers.
