Let me start out by saying that if I could give this a 2.5 rating, I would. I was initially very optimistic about my visit to Radiant Complexions since I was able to get an appointment pretty quick. When I arrived, I only had to wait a couple minutes before getting called back. Katie was very professional and knowledgable, and I had an all around pleasant experience that I would rank around 4 stars. That being said, the billing process was a huge pain. I opted to pay my bill online, but it was not a very good or responsive system. It ended up charging me twice, but it took about two weeks for me to be able to prove the problem to the billing office. Once they finally realized that they were in the wrong, I was told I would get a refunded check at the beginning of November. A little over a month later (middle November), I still hadn't gotten a check. I decided to call billing again and let them know. The person I talked to told me that she would tell her supervisor and that she would call me back. I never got that call back. A week after, I called again and was told that the check was on the way. I didn't get said check until yesterday, and my name was misspelled on it. Luckily, it still deposited, but it was all a very frustrating experience since this process started at the beginning of October.
I realize this could be a completely isolated incident, but if you go to Radiant Complexions, do yourself a favor and do NOT pay your bill online.

They are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Front desk and provider were both very easy to talk to and well organized!

Very friendly and was able to quickly and simply solve a painful problem that half a dozen other doctors had written off.
