another place to avoid. why does anyone go here.
they chop your cuticles, avoid speaking english till it's time to pay and get a tip.
than when you leave $2 for a $7 messed up manicure where they make you bleed. does that mean i should leave a tip and thank them for the PAIN.
they have no training -no time to clean the place- PLEASE leave.
this is a polite warning. DANGER WILL ROGERS!!!
