When I first went there they were amazing at doing nails. After awhile they couldn't do nails as good as before. Amy is amazing but she's always busy so I give the other ladies a chance to do my nails. On July 2nd, I got a pink gel color on my nails and the top coat turned nasty within 3 days. I thought it was make up or work but my boyfriend sister and I got our nails done at the same time. Her nails were okay but mine wasn't. I went back again on July 5th and got a blue mood change and I paid for them. After 3 days the top coat was nasty again. I became mad because it was a waste of time and money. I called and they said they will put another top coat. I went today July 9th and they gave me an attitude saying it make up and that it's mood changing nails, excuses. I told them that it wasn't the first time and that it was not the mood change but they still argued with me. This was the worst customer service experience in my life. They did my nails again but they were fast and sloppy. I would not recommend this nail shop to no one until they can get people who are respectful and skilled at nails. My friends and I are not coming to this nail salon no more after what happened to me.

It was my first time going there. I had an appointment at 6 but didn’t get seen until like 7 they were very busy! But then again what good nail salon who does amazing nails isn’t? But luckily the nail tech took her time with my nails yet it seemed quickly and she did an amazing job! The nail tech that did my nails was Mai and I asked for the white ombré! I am completely satisfied with my nails.The pricing was decent. I will definitely be coming back!

Lady that did my nails did an amazing job but was really pushy with upselling. Kept suggesting gel after i said no twice, then said she could "fix my brows" not planning on going back. It made the experience unpleasant

I love Johnny Nails, I’ve been going to them since 2010 and Never had any issue❤️ Ask for Amy when you go there
