I made a appointment at 10 am with Kim. because I’m leaving for vacation in two days to get a full set and toes painted. I walk in and nobody acknowledged I was sitting there. NOTHING!!!! So It’s like 10 min past 10am I had to ask the nail tech are you running late???. The nail tech tried to ignore me. I said I made an appointment. The nail tech asked can you come back tomorrow. I said no I’m leaving for vacation. I said that’s why I made a Appointment. She said Well were busy. No apology what’s so ever.She was extremely rude, No explanation. I will never step back into that pathetic salon again. They are not professional and then they had the nerve to laugh when I walked away. I do not recommend this place at all. I’ve been getting my nails done a long time. Never been treated so bad as a customer. Don’t go!!! I hope they close this place for good. I was so mad.

This place sucks , the lady that did my feet she was so rude she also didn't go step by step with my feet she was talking to me like I was little kid better be glad didnt cuss her out. . . I was so happy to get out that place then when got home my nailpoish came off .. smh . . this place not clean also only reason y i came here is because other places was pack because of Prom weekend . This was my 1st time here

Kim is the best. I love when she does my nails. I call early in the day to set my appointment with her. I have been a customer here for 6 years. I have always left satistfied.

Slow service & very rough with nails. If you do go ask for Fan. Everybody else other then her is terrible and rude.

The enployee doing my nails was so unprofessional. He actually was face timing someone on his phone while he was doing my nails. The place is gross and not clean. The enployee took 20 minutes for a fill! He rushed so bad it was starting to actually hurt. I come to get my nails done to relax. Not to get my fingers pulled and skin bleed. Absolutely horrible. Every employee was face timing someone or watching a movie on their phone. Terrible service.
