This was my first time getting my hair dyed in a salon and Veronica was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and caring. My hair feels better than it ever has before after dying it. She truly cares about what she's doing, and does a wonderful job doing it!!

I've been cutting my own hair for several years now after generally being disappointed with most salons (results, price, atmosphere) but my hair was definitely looking like it was time for a cut from someone who knows what they're doing. My appointment with Jennie was awesome! She asked what I thought before doing anything which was great (I've had a lot of stylists just do what they want) and she magically brought my hair back to life with just a trim and some hilights, it feels amazing!
The salon itself had a nice atmosphere too, it didn't smell like ridiculous amounts of spray/product and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Jennie and Veronica are the most amazing team I have ever met. Honestly I have been to a lot of salons in the past and my experience here at refresh has been the best. Jennie has taken my Ronald McDonald red mismanaged hair and transformed it into a beautiful healthy natural color. I highly recommend refresh hair salon and will never go to another place. Jennie is fabulous and has a very good eye for what looks good and keeps on top of all the new trends. Not only do they specialize in hair care but makeup and updos.
Thank you both for helping me and finding the cut, style and color I needed to feel alive again!!

I have been getting my hair done by Veronica for years and I have always trusted her and only her. When she was cutting back due to her arm hurting I did not hesitate to switch over to Jennie. I had been watching her grow and learn as an apprentice for quite some time and knew I was in good hands. She did my highlights perfectly!! Also, I am always worried to let someone new blow dry may hair, and I have to say, she did such an amazing job, I didn't even re-do it myself when I went home!!

I feel very comfortable here and have had a great experience every appointment. Veronica just seems to know what works and what doesn't for me. She and Jennie have both done an amazing job styling my hair as well. And I love the friendly atmosphere.
