I had a gift card for here from month or two ago and I went to get my nails done so I could use it and when I went to pay they would not let me use my gift card because they changed ownership for the store. I was super annoyed and they were extremely rude about it. when I asked them for further explanation they raised their voice at me. As a 15 year old I was super offended and upset so I stood up for myself and talked to the manager who was also treating me disrespectfully. I thought it was rude and unfair how they would not accept my gift card that I got as a gift. Also how they did not tell me before they finished my nails. Anyways the store is still called la belle online and says la belle on the door so from my understanding I should have been able to use my gift card. In the end they told me that they would accept it this time but next time this wouldn't be allowed and then I left. I refused to be taken advantage by this nail salon again considering they have tried to scam me and my friends before.

I work nearby and have been going for several years... but the service gets worse and worse... I took a friend for her first pedicure and was assured someone would be able to paint a flower and made appts... had to wait because they do not keep or honor appointments and the flower was a joke and it took forever. They have become more interested in getting you in and out and filling the chair. Very disappointed...not going back.

I have been coming to the LaBelle Nail Salon on Boones Ferry Road for years. I regularly get a pedicure and a French shellac with Vivian, however, my experience with all of the staff has been excellent. I would highly recommend this salon.
