When I walked into the nail salon today, the owner was very rude. Did not greet my grandmother nor I, and acted as if we were a bother when I asked if they had gel/ SNS powder. After my grandmother mentioned his attitude he said they were too busy, but they only had two customers in their 6 chairs. Go somewhere else. Walmart should change their management.

The experience was catastrophic from start to end. Holly was extremely rude with no customer service manners. It was my first time getting a full set and she did a horrible job. My nails turned out bad and even after telling her I wasn’t satisfied she did nothing to fix my concerns but ask for pay so she could rush to the next consumer.

I’ve never had a problem here. My nails come out looking great every time and I’ve never had them be rude to me at all!
