I have long curly hair and since I found Gina at "Loose Ends" it has never been healthier/look better. People are always giving compliments and telling me how much they love my hair. I trust Gina, she always does a great job and my "hair" is really happy to have her!

Loose ends?
Should rather be called "Fried Ends"
A 2 hour appt for a bleach job took 7 hours and that bc she did 4 clients inbetween my appt.
Fried my hair and its still falling out in chunks.
Not only that but took 5 inches off without my permission and also cut a huge chunck out of side of my head..
Im so sad bc i tried to call and resolve this matter with the owner tho she didnt do it and left my number with the promise of a call back and resolve..
I didnt recieve any call back or resolve..so i sit here angry and upset and wouldnt recommend rhis place to my worse enemy.
I feel i should at least be reimbursed for my money or at least been called back..
