Stacey is my girl but when she's out Melissa is just as great. These ladies are talented and always make sure you're happy. If you're looking for a new nail salon, this is definitely the place!!!! I should also add, I'm extremely picky and always satisfied!!!

Gave me the opposite of what I asked for and will not be returning. I have come here multiple times before and the longest they've taken is 30 minutes on my nails plus 10 of me sitting under the blue light. I went in an hour before closing and I was planning on tipping well for coming in late. The lady at the desk gave me a dirty look when I walked in. All of the ladies including the one doing my nails we're talking in their language which does not bother me in the slightest . What does bother me is the massive amount of side-eye was getting from every worker there. You can tell when people are talking about you even if it's in a foreign language. The other ladies we're cleaning up 45 minutes before closing and my nail Tech told me that the other ladies were mad at her because she wasn't helping clean up because she had to take care of me and then gave a short fake laugh. Melissa My Nail Tech was also getting irritated because she wanted me to keep both my hand and arm in an awkward position for an extended amount of time. I got Square shaped nails and specifically asked her NOT to round the corners. She did anyways and a couple of them even have a flare. she got the polish on my cuticles and the polish on my nails is Lumpy and patchy. As well as getting the clear top coat all over my skin which I later had to peel off. There are Parts where I can see the acrylic underneath. I was sitting in the chair closest to the blue light table and one of the workers walked by and looked down at my nails, no big deal, until she walks by stops, backs up and looks back at my hands says something to my nail tech and they both laugh

The ladies deserve a 5. But every time the guy is there, I'm waiting at least 15-20 for my appointments when he's there. During the week the girls never leaving me waiting.

I’m giving two stars to be nice
• the pedicures lasted 20 minutes
• everything was rushed
• they tried to have me change chairs as my pedicure had already started to make it so one girl could join her friends (even though the girl didn’t want to get her nails done, when her friends told the technicians that she didn’t want one. They were still pressuring me to get up. The girl next to me said “it’s really not that serious. She can stay seated. She doesn’t want a pedicure”
• didn’t do any of the “relaxing pedicure” it was 10 minutes of foot work mixed with 10 minutes of painting and then I go and sit in the drying room....
• never came to check on my nails
• left two people sitting with feet in the water to attend to us. They never checked with them or anything. Just let their water get cold.
• put very hot water in my tub and when I told them it was too hot it became a battle to get it to a temperature that was ok.
• the atmosphere is not inviting
I honestly will never return to this place. $55 for an awful experience. I feel awful for cheating on my usual nail salon.
