I have been a client of this salon for years. Everyone has always treated me with respect and I always have fantastic looking nails. If I have to reschedule they are also very accommodating to me. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is a company who thinks very highly of themselves. You feel judgement as soon as you walk in the room. They gave me the most unwelcoming feeling. They brag about how they're better than other salons, and I'm here to tell you that that isn't the case. The nail shape is always crooked until you point it out, so they have to refix almost every nail. The worst part is that they don't seal the tip, so the top of your nails are always rough and tend to chip. Not sealing the nail tip also can increase the chance of your nail separating from the acrylic causing fungus on the natural nailbed. I put up with this for a while in an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt. Again, these are very self righteous people so in addition to their poor nail work, if you have a life, then this place isn't for you. I was in the hospital hospital and called ahead that you wouldn't make it. They literally didn't care about my well being; only the fact that I was missing my appointment. They dump you for someone else, because you missed an appointment. I couldn't even imagine how many people with kids were probably sent away.
Forgive my rant, I'm just adamant when it comes to customer service and making sure that others don't have to deal with the same disrespect that I have dealt with in the past.

They're very good at what they do. The staff is well equipped to do all types of manicures, and the end result is always very professional looking. Nice tanning facilities too.
