They stole from me!
The woman who did my nails was clearly sleep deprived; she was not very personable, and was on her cell phone taking care of personal business while doing my nails.
Not only that, I asked them if I could pay half cash and half on the card. She charged the whole thing on my card and also took my cash. I will NEVER get my nails done here again. Shocked at how poor the service was, and how shady they do business.
*Update: I went back to the store to ask them for the money that they overcharged me. The man with whom I spoke was very polite and assured me that he would take care of the problem. He took my phone number, and told me he would call me in the morning with a solution. I did, indeed, get a phone call this morning from him apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me that if I come in, he will would give me cash for the money that was overcharged. I am satisfied with his service, but the tech who did my nails was exceedingly unprofessional.

There was a long wait. Eventually got a pedicure. Was given water and allowed to sit in massage chair while I waited. Pedicure was ok, no real massage or anything extra. Polish chipped after 1 week. They do offer punch cards where the 10th service is free. Clean and overall nice environment.

I have been going to Stylish Nails for over 2 years now. They always are so friendly and do just what I ask. I have yet to find another nail salon that compares to them.

I went to this salon religiously for over two years and today was the last time I’ll ever step foot in there again. Ivy and Michael have been in several very loud verbal fights screaming profanity at each other in English and im Vietnamese with my children in the salon along with many customers. Never and apology, and attitudes all the time that you are there. My nails are always separated underneath the gel (or acrylic) because they never remember. My nails were never filed correctly and had ridges. Every time I asked to fix them, they said they were fine. Well they weren’t. Glue under my nails, several ingrown toe nails from pedicures and my feet were always just as rough as they were going in. I had to go home every time and finish them myself. Michael is not a people person and should not be doing nails. He’s always been rude to me and my family. They knick your skin with their tools too and make you bleed. I am DONE with this place. They do a terrible job on your nails and cancel your scheduled appointments. Went there for years. Sick of the drama between the owners.
