Went in with my 5 year old to have her nails painted, we got there at 2:15 and signed in.. there was an hour wait so we were going to leave and come back, as I walked out I asked... hour wait right? He said yes!! We got back at 3:20 (5 minutes past the hour) and there was a sign on the door that said full, we closed.. I tapped on the window and said I had signed her in and he said “ you past 1 hour!! I no take her today!!” Uuuuummmm, you close at 4 and she’s 5 years old !!!!! They turned her away! There was no one waiting!!
Went back this weekend ( only because she had a gift card) and there was a hour twenty minute wait, so I was going to stay seeing that I didn’t want a repeat of the last time, well after 20 minutes of waiting my 5 year old had to pee.. their bathroom had a sign saying bathroom broken, I told them I was going to run her to a bathroom and be back, I was told I could NOT leave and they would take me off the list... that was so wrong of them to treat a 5 year old little girl!!! I will never go back. So that was my experience!!

TN Nails in Elgin Illinois on East Chicago Street is the worst place to go you go up in their first of all their customer service is poor they never have anybody to do your nails and then they have an attitude when you ask him about their prices so I went in there just to get my gel color we painted the guy trying to tell me that it cost $25 just to get my gel painted I'm thinking to myself that's a whole jail set that's what they charge for gel set so he tried to charge me $25 just to get my gel color recolored so I think they're highway robbery there scam and then they come here to America and act like they're the best place in the world there's several nail shops in the city of Elgin that is better than them don't go their prices are high and their talent is not up to par yep I said it

Pretty nails, guy who did my nails was super friendly and good looking tbh I'd go again just to see him he's really nice

They kicked me out because I wanted to stand up and speak to a friend and wouldn’t sit in there chairs. When I asked why I couldn’t stay standing he began to say if I didn’t want there service I couldn’t stand there. Very rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend
