The first time I went I got a pedicure and the guy that was doing them was really good and he said I could bring in a pic from pintrest or the Internet. So I took him up on that the next time. And I showed the lady the design I wanted (which was actually pretty simple just blue with a daisy) and it was nothing like what I wanted. The colors and the design was wrong. It looked like a 5 year old did it. The paint job was extremely sloppy. Apparently this place is hit and miss. So I'm not going to take my chances here anymore

Worst experience at a salon I've been to.
First off the guy told me I couldn't get my nails the way I wanted because it was too long?? He could only do square shape and was completely rude the whole time. Make my fingers bleed and was not gentle at all. I didn't feel welcomed there and will never go again.

Absolutely terrible. They did not clean any tools whatsoever. All instruments were put back in the same holder they came out of and were never sterilized and then used on the next customer. The nail file clearly had white marks on it, so you know that they had previously used that on other people and their nail shavings were being put on me. The pedicure tub is simply cleaned by a dirty sponge and water only. The lady who did my nails was very rude and condescending and made it impossible to relax. My mother got a cut from a worker on her foot and after she put it in the tub of water it turned red and started twitching. The worker's solution? Spray rubbing alcohol on it without even asking my mother. Terrible experience.

I HATE THIS PLACE. I went to have my nails done and they look like they havent been filled for 2 weeks. I am taking them off as soon as i can because they are so nasty. I paid 45 dollars for nails that look old. On my pedicure they painted more of my toes then my ACTUAL. NAIL. I can not even believe that they are still open.

I went in there today with my two friends for a full set and a pedi! My two friends were taken right away to the chairs and I was seated where they do your nails! I sat there a good 15-20 min while my friends were getting their pedis! Then a lady came up to me and said do you want just a color on your nails or you want a design, I told her I wanted a design. She said ok well while you decide what design you want why don't you come sit in the pedi chair and get one when they are done! I said ok! 10 min later, I finally got a pedi! Very nice, the lady doing it was giving me dirty looks I guess cause I had lots of dry skin or something what ever!
Anyway, so after the pedi she asked me to pick a color and design for my nails which my friends help me pick out! She was very rude and impatient and kept saying hury up ma'am! She did a piss poor job on my nails, they are all different lengths and the designs are all messed up! The nails aren't even all filed evenly! When I told her she just looked at me and told me the amount, i will never be back!
