I have gone to Nails Now before and the service been pretty good. The last 2 times it was a horrible experience. My daughters nails were sized too large for her fingers and look abnormal, plus the wrong color was applied. I have been having my nails dipped and them growing out. I had one slightly broken she asked about putting a tip on, I agreed. I thought she was cutting my nail to fit the tip. She cut off all of my nails and would not listen to me because she was talking nonstop to another girl there in their oriental language the entire time I was there. I am so frustrated for what we pay to have our nails done professionally and this is what we get. I dont believe we will be back!!

Got a manicure and it looks nice, but they are always very rough when buffing and filing nails and kept hurting the skin around my nails, because they’re rushing. Don’t think I’ll go back again, for that reason. Wasn’t worth what I spent.

Got a pedicure didn't even last a week...went in to get it fixed and lady tried to argue with me about just repolishing them. Very rude. Will take my business elsewhere!

The basic pedicure is good. The chairs with the massage are great. We were a group of 5 people and we didn't wait at all to be attended.

I came here to get my nails done on Sunday 11/26/17, I do not live here and was in town visiting family. I got both a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Neither the full set of acrylics or the pedicure lasted me a week. I spent nearly $100. It's really disappointing. The nail tech that assisted me was rude and she cut my cuticles on two fingers that I actually bled profusely. The acrylic set of nails started to lift literally just two days after getting them. I was unfortuanltely not able to do anything due to the fact that I live in California. I would not recommend this place at all. And I certainly would never go back and spend that type of money someplace that doesn't know the value of quality over quantity.
